Editorial Note
My most recent post, When Words Are Not Enough was written fairly soon after the beginning stories of the events in Connecticut had hit the news. I quoted some of those stories that have now been proven incorrect and I’d like to take a moment to clear that up.
I wrote that Adam Lanza went to the school and killed his mother in her kindergarten classroom, along with many of the children in the room. That, apparently, is not what happened. News coming through now is that Adam killed is mother in her home and then went to the school.
At any rate, I wanted to get my writing in line with what we know from the event. No matter how it went down, I feel sad about the end results.
