*Taking the time to be Grace-full even when – or especially when – I’m feeling it the least. *Finding in the deepest part of me gratitude for my healthy mind, body and heart. *Being able to hear the birds singing and remembering that, no matter what, they keep on doing what they are meant to do. *Remembering that right now, in this moment, is a state of being and I can change it at will. *Forgiving myself when I discover that I’ve forgotten how truly amazing I am. -Timidly grateful.
